The President of the Republic promulgated seven acts20.06.2003
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Feedingstuffs Act and the Act on Amendments to § 163 of the Taxation Act, passed by the Riigikogu on June 11; the Act on Amendments to the Republic of Estonia Education Act; the Act on Amendments to the State Pension Insurance Act; the Act on Amendments to § 5 (2) of the Value Added Tax Act; the Act on Amendments to § 68 (1) of the Alcohol, Tobacco and Fuel Excise Duty Act; the Act on the Ratification of the Protocol to the Europe Agreement establishing an Association between the European Communities, of the one part, and their Member States and the Republic of Estonia, of the other part, on Conformity Assessment and Acceptance of Industrial Products (PECA), passed on June 12.
