The President of the Republic met with the Foreign Affairs Committee28.05.2003
At President Arnold Rüütel's today's meeting with the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Riigikogu, the focal point was Estonia's preparations for the EU referendum
The participants of the meeting emphasized the need to sufficiently inform voters and, in order to give Estonian positions more weight, to coordinate activities of the institutions responsible for foreign policy.
At the meeting, also the Presidents last and next visits abroad were under discussion. The President and the Committee Members agreed to meet in future on a regular basis.
