The President of the Republic met with the Prime Minister

President Arnold Rüütel this afternoon at Kadriorg met with Prime Minister Siim Kallas.
The President of the Republic and the Prime Minister at their traditional working meeting talked about the election results. Siim Kallas briefed the President on the todays decision of the Reform Party executive to enter into negotiations for forming a new ruling coalition with the Res Publica.
At the meeting, the international situation was under discussion as well.
