The President of the Republic promulgated fourteen acts18.02.2003
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the following acts passed by the Riigikogu on January 29: The Universities Act and Institutions of Applied Higher Education Act and Associated Acts Amendment Act; The Administrative Cooperation Act; The Excavation Operations Act; The Rules of Procedure of the President of the Republic Act, Legal Chancellor Act and Defence Forces Service Act Amendment Act; The Occupational Health and Safety Act and Product Safety Act Amendment Act; The Bank of Estonia Act, State Audit Office Act and Courts Act Amendment Act; The Government of the Republic Act and Foreign Relations Act Amendment Act; The Cultural Endowment of Estonia Act Amendment Act; The Act on Amendments to § 6 of the Recognition of Foreign Professional Qualifications Act; the Basic Schools and Upper Secondary Schools Act Amendment Act; The Museums Act Amendment Act; The Liquid Fuel Act; The Natural Gas Act; and the Act on the Ratification of the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air.
