The President of the Republic elected academician in Ukraine07.01.2003
The President of the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences, Mikhail Zubets, tomorrow at Kadriorg will hand to the Estonian Head of State a certificate confirming that Dr. Arnold Rüütel at the end of 2002 was elected Foreign Member of the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences.
