The President of the Republic promulgated four acts06.01.2003
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Riigi Teataja Act and the Business Code Amendment Act, the Act on Amendments to the Aliens Act and to Other Acts Arising Therefrom, the Obligation to Leave and Prohibition on Entry Act Amendment Act, and the European Parliament Election Act passed by the Riigikogu on December 18.
