The President of the Republic, the Chairman of the Riigikogu and the Prime Minister made a joint statement16.12.2002
President Arnold Rüütel, Chairman of the Riigikogu Toomas Savi and Prime Minister Siim Kallas made a joint statement on the completion of the accession talks with the European Union.
In their joint statement signed this morning at Kadriorg, the President, the Chairman of the Riigikogu and the Prime Minister emphasize the historic importance of this event and call on the Estonian public to weigh all the pros and cons before making the final decision in a referendum.
