The President of the Republic left for the European Union Summit12.12.2002
President Arnold Rüütel this evening flew to Copenhagen to participate tomorrow in the meeting between Heads of State and Government of the European Union Member States and the candidate countries.
At the summit, a decision will be made on completing the negotiations with ten countries of those having applied for the European Union membership, and the conditions of their accession will be laid down.
