The President of the Republic promulgated eight acts03.12.2002
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed the resolution to promulgate the Act on Amendments to § 5 of the Working and Rest Time Act, the Public Procurement Act Amendment Act, the Special Constables Act Amendment Act, the Planning Act, the Machinery Safety Act, and the Act on the Accession to the International Convention on Maritime Liens and Mortgages, passed by the Riigikogu on 13 November.
The President also promulgated the Act on Amendments to § 29 of the Taxation Act, passed on 19 November, and the Act on Amendments to § 74 of the Trade Marks Act, passed on 21 November.
