The President of the Republic called the election to the Riigikogu26.11.2002
President Arnold Rüütel this afternoon signed the resolution to call, pursuant to § 60 subparagraph 3 of the Constitution, the regular election to the Riigikogu, to be held on 2 March 2003.
Subsequent to signing the resolution, the Head of State made a statement enclosed to the present communication.
