The President of the Republic promulgated six acts

President Arnold Rüütel with his resolution signed at noon today at Kadriorg promulgated the following six acts passed by the Riigikogu on 6 November:
The Local Government Associations Act; The Farm Animals Breeding Act; The Act on Amendments to § 64 of the Government of the Republic Act; The Business Code and Accounting Act Amendment Act; The Act on Amendments to the Act on the Accession to the International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organisations; The Act on the Ratification of the European Convention on Spectator Violence and Misbehaviour at Sports Events and in particular at Football Matches.
