The President of the Republic promulgated three acts18.10.2002
President Arnold Rüütel today promulgated the Act on Amendments to the Government of the Republic Act and to the Acts Related Thereto, in connection with the Merger of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Transport and Communications; the Cultural Endowment of Estonia Act Amendment Act; and the Act on the Ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Government of the Republic of Estonia and the Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic concerning Cooperative Support 2002; passed by the Riigikogu on October 9, 2002.
