The President of the Republic greeted the best teachers of the training project "Vaata Maailma"29.08.2002
President Arnold Rüütel this afternoon in the flower garden of the Kadriorg Art Museum greeted the best teachers of the training project "Vaata Maailma".
The President of the Republic, who is the patron of the project, said in his words of greeting that Estonia had been successful and innovatory in the field of information technology, but the respective renewals could not be implemented in full before the majority of Estonia's population had acquired the knowledge and skills for everyday use of PC and Internet.
