The President of the Republic proclaimed ten laws09.07.2002
President Arnold Rüütel signed the resolution to proclaim ten laws passed in the Riigikogu on June 19, at Paslepa today. The laws are the following: The Administrative Procedure Act Amendment and Application Act; the Act Amending the State of Emergency Act, the Code of Administrative Court Procedure, the Citizenship Act, the Peacetime National Defence Act and the National Minorities Cultural Autonomy Act; the Health Insurance Act; the Act Amending the Acts Related to the Penal Code; the Act Amending the Commercial Code; the Courts Act; the Act Amending the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Code of Administrative Offences, and the Code of Criminal Court Appeal and Cassation Procedure; and the Act Amending the Mental Health Act.
The President also proclaimed the laws passed in the Riigikogu on June 20, the first of them being the Act Amending the State Budget Act and Other Relevant Acts; and the second the Act Amending the Republic of Estonia Education Act, the Main School and Secondary School Act, and the Juvenile Sanctions Act.
