President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed the resolution to confer for services rendered to the Republic of Estonia the I Class Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana on Gerhard Schrömbgens, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Estonia in the years 1999-2002.
