The President of the Republic promulgated ten acts11.06.2002
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed the resolutions to promulgate the Trade Marks Act, the Pressure Equipment Safety Act, the Electrical Safety Act, the Gaseous Fuel Safety Act, the Lift and Cableway Safety Act, the Code of Misdemeanour Procedure, the Act Amending the Procedure for Registration and Disclosure of Persons who Have Served in or Co-operated with Intelligence or Counter-Intelligence Organisations of Security Organisations or Military Forces of States which Have Occupied Estonia Act by adding § 81, and the Act on the Accession to the Trademark Law Treaty, passed by the Riigikogu on May 22.
The President also promulgated the Supplementary State Budget of 2002 Act and the State Fees Act Amendment Act passed by the Riigikogu on June 5.
