The President of the Republic appointed a new Ambassador to the Republic of Latvia

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed the resolution to appoint Toomas Lukk the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Latvia and to recall the previous Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Latvia, Juhan Haravee.
