The President of the Republic promulgated two acts03.06.2002
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed the resolution to promulgate the Act on Amendments to Subsection 232 (5) of the Land Reform Act, passed by the Riigikogu on May 21.
The President also promulgated the Building Act, passed on May 15.
