The President of the Republic promulgated six acts

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed the resolution to promulgate the Political Parties Act Amendment Act passed by the Riigikogu on May 7.
The President also promulgated the Act on the Issue of 2002 Bonds of the Republic Estonia; the Refugees Act Amendment Act; the Act on the Ratification of the Agreement in the Form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Community and the Republic of Estonia Terminating Protocol 1 on Trade in Textile and Clothing Products to the Europe Agreement Establishing an Association between the European Communities and Their Member States and the Republic of Estonia; the Rescue Act; the Border Guard Act and the Port Act Amendment Act; as well as the Act on Amendments to § 14 of the Broadcasting Act; passed on May 9.
