Tomorrow is the birthday of the President of the Republic09.05.2002
On Friday, May 10, President Arnold Rüütel will mark his 74th birthday. On this occasion, Chairman of the Riigikogu Toomas Savi, the Members of the Government of the Republic, Commander of the Defence Forces Vice Admiral Tarmo Kõuts, Legal Chancellor Allar Jõks, the Diplomatic Corps residing in Estonia, the Members of the Board of Bank of Estonia, the Members of President's Academic Council, the Directress of the National Library and many others will come to Kadriorg to congratulate the Head of State. In the morning, kindergarten children will sing a birthday-song to the President.
At the Office of the President, from 12.00 to 16.00, a congratulations book will be opened, wherein everyone desiring it can enter his or her congratulations to the President.
