The President of the Republic promulgated three acts

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed the resolutions to promulgate the Act on the Application of the Convention on the Grant of European Patents; and the Act on the Ratification of the Protocol to the Agreement on Legal Aid and Legal Relations in Civil and Family Matters and Criminal Proceedings, concluded between the Republic of Estonia and the Russian Federation on 26 January 1993; both of which passed by the Riigikogu on April 17.
The President also promulgated the Act Amending Annex 1 to the Traffic Act, passed on April 18.
