The President of the Republic promulgated seven acts03.04.2002
President Arnold Rüütel yesterday at Kadriorg signed the resolution to promulgate the Technical Regulations and Standards Act Amendment Act, passed in the Riigikogu on March 13.
The President also promulgated five acts passed on March 20: the Public Health Act Amendment Act; the Foundation of and Participation in Legal Persons in Private Law by the State Act Amendment Act; the Criminal Code, the Code of Administrative Offences and the Punishment Register Act Amendment Act; the Act on the Ratification of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism; and the Act on the Ratification of the Additional Protocol to the European Agreement on the Transmission of Applications for Legal Aid.
Likewise, the President promulgated the Road Transport Act Amendment Act, passed in the Riigikogu on March 21.
