The President of the Republic proclaimed six acts12.03.2002
President Arnold Rüütel at Kadriorg today signed the resolution to proclaim the Taxation Act, passed in the Riigikogu on February 20. The President also proclaimed the State Fees Act Amendment Act, and the Foreign Borrowing by the Republic of Estonia and State Guarantees for Foreign Loan Agreements Act Amendment Act, passed on February 26, as well as the Act on the Accession to the Convention on the Grant of European Patents, the Act on the Accession to the Act Revising the Convention on the Grant of European Patents, and the Heritage Conservation Act, passed on February 27.
