The President of the Republic proclaimed three laws06.03.2002
President Arnold Rüütel signed the resolution to proclaim the Act Amending Section 24 of the Main Schools and Secondary Schools Act, passed in the Riigikogu on February 20. The President also decided to proclaim the Convention on the Protection of the Environment through Criminal Law Ratification Act, passed in the Riigikogu on February 20, and the Act Amending Section 19 of the Energy Act, passed in the Riigikogu on February 21.
