The President of the Republic proclaimed four acts14.02.2002
President Arnold Rüütel at Kadriorg today signed the resolutions to proclaim the State Audit Office Act, passed in the Riigikogu on January 29, as well as the Organs and Tissues Transplantation Act and the Act on the Ratification of the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings, passed on January 30. The President also proclaimed the Act on Amendments to the State Cultural Awards and Cultural Grants Act, passed in the Riigikogu on January 31.
