The President of the Republic will make a tour in Tallinn11.02.2002
President Arnold Rüütel, on suggestion of the Mayor of Tallinn, Edgar Savisaar, will make a tour of the capital on coming Friday.
The Head of State will meet the Chairwoman of the City Council, Maret Maripuu, and the Mayor, Edgar Savisaar, in the City Hall. The President will familiarize himself with plans for the development of Tallinn and, from the high-rise building of Ühispank, take a look at the City. During the subsequent tour, the President will visit the Rotermann quarter, the port and Rocca al Mare. The Head of State will make closer acquaintance with a computer class for the elderly in Nõmme, the Language Center of the Läänemere High School and the factory Amphenol, situated in Lasnamäe.
