The President of the Republic proclaimed three acts06.02.2002
President Arnold Rüütel at Kadriorg today signed the resolutions to proclaim the Feedingstuffs Act and the Act Amending the Code of Administrative Offences, passed in the Riigikogu on January 23, as well as the Act Amending the Rural Development and Agricultural Market Regulation Act, passed on January 29.
