The President of the Republic proclaimed four acts31.01.2002
Today at Kadriorg President Arnold Rüütel signed the resolutions to proclaim the Act on the Assumption and Fulfilment of Proprietary Obligations by the Republic of Estonia in Connection with its Membership in International Organisations, passed in the Riigikogu on January 23, and the Act on Amendments to § 223 of the Land Reform Act, passed in the Riigikogu on January 24.
Today the President also proclaimed the Act of Ratification of the Additional Protocol Laying down the Trade Arrangements for Certain Fish and Fishery Products to the Europe Agreement Establishing an Association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the One Part and the Republic of Estonia, of the Other Part, passed on January 30. The fourth of the acts, proclaimed by the President, was the Act Amending the Value Added Tax Act, passed in the Riigikogu on January 31.
