The President of the Republic released the Mart Laar's government from office28.01.2002
President Arnold Rüütel signed a resolution in the Riigikogu today to release in connection with the new Government assuming office on January 28, 2002, from office the Government lead by Mart Laar that had taken office on March 24, 1999.
