President of the Republic will deliver a lecture in Finland21.01.2002
On Thursday, 24 January, President Arnold Rüütel will be in Finland at the invitation of the Paasikivi Society and the Tuglas Society. The head of the state will deliver a lecture in the University of Helsinki on the priorities of Estonia. President Rüütel will also meet with the President of the Republic of Finland Mrs Tarja Halonen and visit the Bank of Finland.
