President of the Republic proclaimed acts27.12.2001
President Arnold Rüütel signed resolutions at Kadriorg today to proclaim the Land Tax Act Amendment Act, Act on the Accession to the Convention on Facilitation of International Maritime Traffic, Collective Agreements Act Amendment Act, Social Benefits for Disabled Persons Amendment Act and Maritime Safety Act passed by Riigikogu on 12 December and the Pollution Charge Act Amendment Act, Public Water Supply and Sewerage Act Amendment Act, Value Added Tax Act Amendment Act and the Credit Institutions Act Amendment Act passed by Riigikogu on 13 December.
The President proclaimed today also the Amendment Act to §98 of the Weapons Act, State Funeral Benefits Act Amendment Act, Amendment Act to §35 of the Working and Rest Time Act passed on 18 December and the Code of Criminal Procedure and Bar Association Act Amendment Act passed on 19 December and the Government of the Republic Act and the Code of Administrative Offences Amendment Act passed on 20 December.
