The President of the Republic proclaimed two laws10.12.2001
President Arnold Rüütel signed his Resolution No. 1 on proclaiming the "Act Amending the Bankruptcy Act and the Industrial Insurance Act" passed in the Riigikogu on September 26, and the "Act Amending the Local Government Organisation Act", passed in the Riigikogu on September 27.
