The President of the Republic proclaimed seven laws04.12.2001
President Arnold Rüütel signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Water Act Amendment Act'', the ''Act Amending the Government of the Republic Act'', the ''Act Amending the Product Conformity Attestation Act'' and the ''State Family Benefits Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 14, as well as the ''Act Amending the Substitutive Enforcement and Penalty Payment Act'', passed on November 15, in Kadriorg today.
The President also proclaimed the ''Act Amending the Riigikogu Rules of Procedure Act to Establish the Official Language of the Riigikogu'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 20, and the ''Act Amending Section 13, Subsection 6 of the Law of Property Act Implementation Act'', passed on November 21.
