The President of the Republic had a meeting with the Minister of Agriculture27.11.2001
President Arnold Rüütel had a meeting with Ivari Padar, the Minister of Agriculture, in the presidential palace of Kadriorg today. On the meeting, the developments of agriculture in the closing year were discussed, as well as the need to support the uniform development of rural life all over Estonia, the restoration and preservation of cultivated landscape by means of agricultural production, and agricultural refunds. Also such topics as the production of pure natural foodstuffs, cattle breeding and the development of associations in agriculture were addressed.
