The President of the Republic proclaimed seven laws27.11.2001
President Arnold Rüütel signed the resolution to proclaim the Accession to the International Convention against the Taking of Hostages Act, the Accession to the Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption Act, the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Estonia and the Nordic Investment Bank Ratification Act, and the Final Acts of the Congresses of the Universal Postal Union Ratification Act, passed in the Riigikogu on November 7, in Kadriorg today.
The President also proclaimed the Attestation Act, the Act Amending the Acts Related to the Application of the Attestation Act, and the Act Amending the Food Act, the Veterinary Procedures Act, the Infectious Animal Disease Control Act, and the Animal Protection Act, passed in the Riigikogu on November 14.
