The President of the Republic proclaimed twelve laws05.11.2001
President Arnold Rüütel signed the resolution in Kadriorg today to proclaim the Customs Code, the Stock Market Act, the Act Amending the Code of Administrative Offences, the Aviation Act Amendment Act, the Act Amending the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offences, the Act Amending the Convention on the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Baltic Sea Area Ratification Act, the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption Ratification Act and the Instrument for the Amendment of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation (the ILO) Ratification Act, passed in the Riigikogu on October 17.
The President also proclaimed the Accountancy Act Amendment Act, the Tobacco Excise Tax Act Amendment Act, the Insurance Activities Act Amendment Act and the Accession to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Maritime Navigation Act, passed in the Riigikogu on October 24.
