The President of the Republic proclaimed six laws23.10.2001
President Arnold Rüütel signed the resolution to proclaim the "Social Welfare Act Amendment Act", passed in the Riigikogu on October 9, and the "Act Amending the Explosives Act and the Criminal Code" and the "Finance Contract between the Republic of Estonia and the European Investment Bank Ratification Act", as well as the "Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Estonia concerning the participation of the Republic of Estonia to the European Environment Agency and the European Environment Information and Observation Network Ratification Act", as well as the "Complex Pollution Prevention and Control Act", passed in the Riigikogu on October 10, IN Kadriorg today.
The President also proclaimed the "Police Act" and the "Act Amending the Police Service Act and the Police Act", passed in the Riigikogu on October 11.
