The President of the Republic met with the Commander of the Defence Forces28.09.2006
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg met with Commander of the Defence Forces Vice Admiral Tarmo Kõuts.
The meeting addressed issues related to the development of Estonian defence forces, among other things, the future of the defence forces, its role in cultivating defence willingness of the population and in strengthening internal security. President Rüütel thanked the Defence Forces and Vice Admiral Tarmo Kõuts personally for close and pleasant cooperation.
