The President of the Republic will attend the funeral of the former Federal President of Germany03.02.2006
President Rüütel will leave for Berlin on February 6 to attend the funeral of the former Federal President of Germany Johannes Rau.
President Rüütel has met with President Rau on several occasions, and the two Heads of State shared a special bond based on a very warm and friendly personal relationship.
On February 7, the President of the Republic will leave Berlin for his state visit to the Republic of Croatia.
