The President of the Republic promulgated fifteen acts07.11.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Financial Supervision Authority Act, Investment Funds Act, Credit Institutions Act, Securities Market Act and State Fees Act Amendment Act; the Securities Market Act, Investment Funds Act, Guarantee Fund Act and Law of Obligations Act amendment Act1; the Citizenship Act Amendment Act; the E-money Institutions Act1 and the Act on the Ratification of the Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management and on the Safety of Radioactive Waste Management, passed by the Riigikogu on October 19, 2005; the Product Safety Act Amendment Act, and The Act on Amendments to § 3 of the Universities Act, passed by the Riigikogu on October 20, 2005; the Supplementary Budget of the Year 2005 Act; the Land Reform Act Amendment Act; the Animal Protection Act and Farm Animals Breeding Act Amendment Act; the Act on the Ratification of the Agreement on Social Security between the Republic of Estonia and Canada; the Act on the Ratification of the Convention between the Republic of Estonia and the Slovak Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital and the Protocol thereto, and the Act on the Ratification of the Convention between the Republic of Estonia and Romania for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital, passed by the Riigikogu on October 26, 2005; the Accounting Act, Business Code and Commercial Associations Act Amendment Act, and the Roads Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on October 27, 2005.
