President Rüütel tonight congratulated Mahmoud Abbas on the occasion of his election as Palestinian president.
The President of the Republic wished Mahmoud Abbas success in his responsible task of leading his country and the Palestinian people. The Head of Estonian State wished him and to the Palestinian people happiness and good health.
