The President's Cultural Foundation invites to its Young Artist Prize Competition07.04.2004
The President's Cultural Foundation invites to a competition for the Young Artist Prize. The deadline for the submission of candidates is 7 May 2004.
The Young Artist Prize to the amount of 50,000 Estonian kroons is by the President's Cultural Foundation awarded to Estonian artists up to the age of 35 years, whose artistic achievements have been widely recognized, or whose artistic work and activities have considerably helped to make Estonia and its culture known in the world. The Young Artist Prize is funded by Toomas Luman, Member of the Board of the Cultural Foundation.
Candidates may be put up by applicants themselves, their supervisors, teachers, employers and also by Members of the Board of the Cultural Foundation. The candidates have to submit a written application with personal particulars and a brief CV (name, address, education, occupational experience); description of creative activities; references from at least two recognized artists or one artistic association and one recognized artist. All application documents are requested to be sent to the President's Cultural Foundation (Weizenbergi 39, 15050 Tallinn). The filing deadline (postmark date) is 7 Mai 2004.
