The President of the Republic released a judge from office23.12.2003
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to release, pursuant to § 99 (1) 5) and (2) of the Courts Act, due to a reduction of the number of judges, Judge of the County Court of Valgamaa Kalju Kutsar as of 1 January 2004 from his office.
