The President of the Republic promulgated eight acts23.12.2003
President Arnold Rüütel today signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Income Tax Act, Social Tax Act and Land Tax Act; the Act on Amendments to the State Budget Act, Accounting Act, State Audit Office Act, Rural Municipality and City Budgets Act, Local Government Organisation Act and Use of Privatisation Proceeds Act; the Persons Repressed by Occupation Regimes Act; the Act on Amendments to the Government of the Republic Act and Associated Acts, Related to the Merger of the Tax Board and Customs Board; the Act on Amendments to the Acts Related to the Merger of the Tax Board and Customs Board; the Act on Amendments to the State Family Benefits Act; the Fisheries Market Act; and the Act on Amendments to the Acts Related to the Merger of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Transport and Communications into the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications passed by the Riigikogu on December 17.
