The First Lady's Foundation to help families with children who suffered in fires in Viljandimaa and Põlvamaa05.12.2003
 At the President's Cultural Foundation, a Sub-Foundation of the First Lady that will focus on the social sphere - supporting families with children, gifted and talented children, and various goodwill events - has been established.
The Sub-Foundations Consultative Board at its first meeting decided to support families with children who suffered in fires in the Counties of Viljandimaa and Põlvamaa, as well as an art studio about to be created for disabled young people, and an educational programme for pensioners.
