President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to confer on Juan Antonio Samaranch, Honorary President of the International Olympic Committee, in recognition of his contribution to the reintegration of Estonia into the International Olympic Movement, the 1st Class Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana.
