The President of the Republic Promulgated Three Acts13.11.2003
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Customs Code, the Place name Act, and the Act on Amendments to the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Act passed by the Riigikogu on November 5.
