The President of the Republic appointed new judges

Left: Anu Tammeniit, Geete Lahi, Kristina Maimann, the President Arnold Rüütel and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Uno LõhmusPresident Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to appoint Geete Lahi, Kristina Maimann and Anu Tammeniit to be judges.

The nominees for the judge's office were presented to the President of the Republic by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Uno Lõhmus. The judges were sworn in before the Head of State.
