The President of the Republic promulgated four acts

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Security Act passed by the Riigikogu on October 8; the Act on Amendments to the State Culture Awards and Culture Grants Act; the Act on the Ratification of Amendments to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, made in Beijing in 1999; and the Act on the Ratification of the Instrument Amending the Convention for the Establishment of the European Radiocommunications Office and its Annex: Convention for the Establishment of the European Communications Office passed by the Riigikogu on October 15.
