On the President's Announcement on 14 September14.09.2003
The joint press conference of the President of the Republic, the Chairwoman of the Riigikogu and the Prime Minister on 14 September will take place immediately after an announcement by the Chairman of the National Electoral Committee, Heiki Sibul, in the Press Centre of the Foreign Ministry.
There will be no press conference at 22:30 pm at Kadriorg. The place was changed to facilitate media coverage and to prevent logistical and technical problems.
